180.2 to 186.2 in six weeks

In exactly six weeks my weight has increased from 180.2 pounds to 186.2. The scale at the Y hadn’t been wonky after all. I should know what my peak weight was yet I can never remember, but I do believe I have never been as high as 187. My increase of a pound a week is all down to my consistent eating habits and gym visits. It is so easy to break the habit or–for me, especially–to eat less on days when I am not at work. When I go to work, I have a set schedule, and that includes meals. When I have a day off, I don’t eat regularly, or even as much.

The six pound difference is visible. I can see the difference in my chest and arm size. Mark and I are off to Florida in two weeks and I’d like to take a peak physique to Miami Beach. I remember writing that when I finally attained 170, my next goal would be to hit 180. I didn’t know if that was even possible for my ectomorphic physique. Now I have to ask myself, could I get to 190?
