I haven’t posted a workout or weight update since March 2017, because I had slipped from my peak weight (or near-to-peak weight) and I don’t like to report when I have slacked off. Over Christmas, a time when people complain that they gain a few pounds, I in fact lost a few. It was because I was so busy getting ready for the holidays that I never had time to work out or eat!

I have been monitoring my diet and checking my weight at the Y (TMI: I step on the scale only in a towel and sandals so no exaggerated weight caused by shoes or jeans or belts) and yesterday got back up to 184.4 pounds.
