I am in the middle of baking and decorating and while I started by putting up my assortment of multi-coloured Christmas trees on Saturday 16 November, my baking has taken a priority and all my free time has been devoted to filling tins with shortbreads. I usually have my entire house all decorated by the first of December. I am off this Thursday so I think I’ll be all ready by then.
